Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the newest cafe in town. The ambiance is good and scenic. Selfie lovers would love this place for sure! Coming to the two most important parts - staff behaviour and food. Both of these deserve a high five. The food taste and quality are on point and the staff is polite, helpful and chivalrous. A well balanced vegetarian and non vegetarian list of options are available in the menu along with a separate menu for soft drinks. The pricing is reasonable at about ₹1000 for two people and the portion size is perfect. You can also get a good discount if you choose to pay via Zomato or Swiggy Dineout. I'd recommend pre-booking your slot to get the maximum discount benefits. PS: The coffee is worth a shot! ~ Aditya V

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Serra rooftop cafeand chose the special Valentine’s buffet priced at ₹2099 for couples. It was truly worth it! The buffet had a great variety of delicious starters, main course dishes, and desserts. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The ambience was beautifully decorated for Valentine’s Day, creating a perfect romantic atmosphere. A special appreciation to the staff and manager — they were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the evening. Had a wonderful experience at Serra Rooftop Café. I hosted an office dinner here for my colleagues, and the buffet was truly enjoyable. The menu had a great variety, and honestly, every single item was very tasty. A special mention to the fish fry in the starters—absolutely delicious and the highlight of the meal. The service really stood out. The entire staff was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous. From the security team to valet parking staff and the waiters, everyone was polite and well-mannered, which made the experience even better. I recently visited serra Cafe By The Lane in Salt Lake Sector 5 weble more and tried their Chicken Wings and mango flavour Fish Fingers. The mango Fish Fingers were absolutely delightful—juicy, perfectly cooked, and coated in a crispy panko crust. They were definitely the highlight of my meal and worth recommending. The ambience of the cafe is incredibly aesthetic and cozy, making it a great spot for spending time with friends or relaxing. The staff's behavior was also commendable—polite and attentive. Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out, but the food could use some improvement in terms of flavor consistency. The meal included steamed rice, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, dal fry, and a dessert (unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it was delicious!). Though little pricey(but affordable with distinct (Zomato) offer), but food quality excellent, though lack in food diversity but cousine verity is good. Tried aam kasundi chicken kabab (Indian), prawn tempura(Japanese), prawn thermidor(continental), chicken mushroom cream soup with Truffle oil(continental) as starters. All of them are excellent, and too good, specially the soup, which is above our expectations. Main course, soft drinks and dessert was also good. Hopefully will visit the establishment more often. Serra Cafe is an absolute gem! Located on the 9th floor, it’s a stunning rooftop cafe with jaw-dropping scenic views and a serene, greenhouse-style ambience filled with greenery. I tried the Chicken Shawarma Salad and the Burger Slider with bacon, chicken, and egg – both were incredibly delicious. The total bill came to Rs. 550, but with a discount, it was just Rs. 370, which felt like a steal for the quality and experience. Special mention to Prasenjit, who was a great host and made the experience even better with his warm hospitality. The ambiance was fantastic, with a beautiful color combination of green and orange, complemented by proper lighting and classy interior design.totaly green House,It truly stands out as one of the best cafes in the Saltlake area. Now, let's talk about the food – in one word, excellent! We ordered the Cheesy mushroom bite,Prawn butter fry and Batter Vetki, along with a Latte and a Cappuccino. The flavors were delightful, leaving us wanting more. The coffee art was also a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and maintained high hygiene standards. The Serra Rooftop Cafe was one such place which we were recommended by a colleague who use to work there and also found out through online. Fairly new, this place in a quiet lane in Sector V in one word is simply brilliant. Being Kolkata's first greenhouse cafe, it was beautifully decorated. There was no waiting time even on a weekend, which was surprising considering how good their quality is. The waiters were polite and wanted to know if we enjoyed the dishes. The global buffet was impressive with a great variety—everything from flavourful starters and rich mains to delicious desserts like Shahi Phirni and Motichur Cheesecake. This a rooftop restaurant on 10 floor. They were asking us to pre book in order to avail the discount and wont allow you to book the restaurant on the spot. The food was undoubtedly good. They served within 20 mins of order without keeping us wait for longer. We ordered Bar-be-qued Ehole baby beckti with spicy korean gochujang chicken noodles bowl. It had pieces of chicken breast and poached egg on top. We finished it with Chocolate berry blend smoothe which was delicious. Though the food service was good and they offer free parling for cars in the ground floor, there is no absolute security. ~ Sreya B

Had a very good experience. Tried the classic hazelnut cold coffee and chicken stroganoff. Taste and quality of the food was top notch. The creamy texture of the chicken stroganoff actually stated that it was of very good quality. You can always get a good amount of discount through zomato or Swiggy dineout, would recommend to make bookings for that. The ambience and service was also very nice. We visited there few weeks back on Ashtami, due to puja time it was almost full when we got there, they were buffet setup on their 9th floor and ala carte on their 10th/rooftop which definitely felt a smoother experience. The food we ordered were really delicious and good, the quantity were sufficient for two, they serve seesha/hookah as well with coconut coals, which was again well prepared as was mentioned to them. Hlo guys, So last week i had visit this beautiful cafe but What happened was that when we went there, we had ordered and were sitting on the rooftop. The light was already gone on the top. I didn't know what to do. After that, we said, "Don't sit here, let's sit somewhere else." Then we went downstairs. There was another floor that had lights. So we went there and sat there. Then i said, "Oh, it was good." But we found a seat that was a little strange. We had a sofa chair with cushions. But we had to sit on a chair. Then the lights went out. Then they said, "Do you want to go upstairs?" We said, "No, we're fine. We order everything in a hookah and mist. We eat. The food is very tasty. I liked it a lot. I liked the ambiance a lot. I liked the behavior of the staff a lot. Because they were very polite, very nice, and very well manner. . So you guys also go to the on the mid in a day u can enjoy both experience day light and after sunset . You had also gather with family and friends. I want also go there in afternoon. ~ Fiza H
